5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges for eligible items. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be unused and unworn
• Original packaging must be included
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To protect our dark community, these items cannot be returned:

• Fetish wear (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened cosmetics or personal care items
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Cursed Collection”
• Customized or personalized gothic homewares

5.3 Return Process
