The Haunting Details
Return & Exchange Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
The Ritual: How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Support Coven
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:

Step 2: Await Our Response
Our support coven will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number as we cannot process returns without it.
Step 3: Send the Item Back
Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Financial Phantoms: Refunds & Credits
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit card/PayPal refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
The Cursed Items: Non-Returnable Products
Due to their intimate nature and to protect our dark community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fetish wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened cosmetics or personal care items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Cursed Collection”
- Customized or personalized gothic homewares
Exchange Sorcery
Prefer a different item from our haunted collection? We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Tim Burton wonder or creepy classic arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns (Beyond the Veil)
For our international dark dreamers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to our haunted headquarters.
